At the beginning we see Moxxie’s coffee is super long like when he was being interrogated by the nerd agents. Also the name on his cup is Foxxie which he had also stated “they always spell my name Foxxie or Roxie and I hate that”. When Blitz sees the hallucinations of Millie it’s references to the first 5 episodes of the show and how she could have died. We see her with rope around her hands, leaves in her hair, and glass in her eye, this was episode 1 when they were fighting the family and she got hit by the glass bottle and tied up. One has her body severely burned with green fire which was episode 2 when Loo Loo Land burned down. The kinda wet one I think is if she had been eaten by the fish from episode 3. The one with gold arrows in her body is from the Cherub fight in episode 4. Lastly we see her with a broken arm which is from her fight against Striker in episode 5. Lastly when we see Blitz’s memories on the movie screen we see his father backhand him and also in one frame we see Fizz on a hospital bed and Blitz’s father blocking him from going in. When Blitz and Fizz reconciled, Fizz said he wouldn’t have been as mad if Blitz even saw him once. Blitz replied he tried but was told Fizz didn’t want to see him, and Fizz replied he never said that. So we have more evidence that it was Blitz’s father that was trying to keep Blitz away from Fizz.

This episode really being a true Halloween special and full of ups to downs like a roller coaster triller experience 🥲 Also it seems interesting during the different variations of Millie with Blitz. There is a bit of showing “What if” scenario with Millie dying from Season 1 episodes. The worst one have to be either her death look from Harvest Moon Festival with her arm broken and leg torn off, or the death of her being eaten from a fish monster from Spring Broken episode. As both ways are horrible ways to go out 😱

Infestor demons are what were coined “possessor demons” by fans till this episode but largely the theories regarding them and then being from envy were proven correct this episode. We only met 3 infestors so far, well those with names, glitz, glam, and Rolando. This episode I was hyped as fuck for! Envy is the still the most mysterious ring(it’s also the ring in which infestor demons are from) but being given a bit more lore on it this episode was awesome!

The strongest part of the episode was definitely the one with Blitz's mother. As if we had guessed that she was probably dead, but now we have confirmation that she died in the circus fire and that Blitz feels guilty for it. We know from the snapshots that Blitz's father blames him. Blitz's father is probably responsible for Blitz not being able to talk to Fizarolli. It's probably the same with his sister.

Dude, Brandon's voice performance in that scene freaking broke my heart. I'm very close with my mom, so if I was the reason anything happened to her, I would probably freak out just as hard so that scene immediately brought me to tears.

It's def a major rewrite compared to the original story board ep idea that was leaked. It's nice they gave more time with Millie again but it has the same issue Hazbin has of stating relationships that just haven't been seen before through proper setup. Millie has always been seen to humor Blitz's antics, but never ever was it implied they were BFFs through any sort of meaningful interactions.

I can’t speak for Hazbin but I do feel like Helluva Boss has some pacing issues. I prefer show don’t tell but they keep “showing” with small, easily missed moments like text messages and then telling with big exposition dumps. Still love the show, though

@@GreenOfFields Def Hazbin suffers from the same issue. You can tell Vivzie's team is inexperienced in pacing and development of their characters for both IPs. They have a lot of ideas and want to do so much, but they can't narrow down what's really important. They def need someone more experienced to consult with. Likewise, I'm still very interested but really wish they tighten up on this aspect.

@Definitely Not Definitive The item Blitz has in his hand is a PlayStation Move device (because of the buttons having the PlayStation logos on it). The montage during the "A Spooky Kind of Love" is a scooby-doo reference. Those were different Millies based on What If she died or was hurt from previous episodes and last season, part of the hallanation he was going through. "F*ck Hotels" may be a shot on Hazbin Hotel since Vivian directs both series. There's only one Bethany on this channel and that's your wife man Hell yeah.
