Been there..I had excruciating pain & could barely walk for 2 years whilst awaiting surgery..had surgery twice but often still experienced pain. I’d strongly recommend drinking pure water (ideally distilled) as this rehydrates hard to reach locations such as disks & eyes, walking barefoot on grass & soil (earthing/grounding) is scientifically proven to reduce inflammation in our bodies (inflammation is the cause of most disease) .. I need to make some holy water for my family, I will make some and have us all including my 6 month old drink it. This guy smoked joint in my living room. And left some of the ash (negative, bad energy, bad juju)under my couch, I seen him when it was on the floor but I thought he dropped some the ash and was trying to put it out, but he wasn't. He was drawing with some of the ash on my tile floor and putting stuff in the air letting it smoke. I was vacuuming because I'm listening to the cleansing prayer.
