hello @practicalsheets for some reasons a get an error which state that "the starting row of the range is too small when i declare the variable responsible. any idea why?

Thi may happen when you you dont have any rows in your db

Hi, I tried your ticketing system and it has earned me a lot of praises. Thankyou so much for this. But I am experiencing a random error every few days since the last 2 weeks. The execution error that I get is - Exception: Failed to retrieve form data. Please wait and try again. Could you please give me a workaround for this? I am missing out on few employee responses due to this issue. Please help!

@@practicalsheets Hi! Thanks for replying. No, the error happens at any point of the time and it happens to any random user filling out the form. I also tried to raise a ticket with the Google Workspace community but they were not sure of why it happened. They suggested me that I use the exponential backoffs.

@@practicalsheets it does not have a lot questions but it does have a few sections for FAQs relating to each type of query. And if the query is is not answered in the FAQ, they have an option to type the query and submit.. There are about 8 sections with links to different FAQs.
