It's interesting because in this story arc Caleb is much more a flat-out villain than he was in some of the others. The one with Michael is more of a love lost kind of story arc much more seduction and vampire love story. This one much more about revenge and actually just using Olivia. Quite cruel and evil in this one.

I believe there is a reason for that... from what I read years ago, the story of Caleb and vampires was to end with this arc - he was written as the bad guy - BUT fans raised up a cry for more of Caleb (Michael Easton, who won an award for most loveable villain) after the arc, wanting to see more Calivia - so the writers put their heads together and devised a story to bring him back in a later arc. :) And I am so glad they did! lol Had I been watching during that time period, I would have been one of those fans raising a cry... ;-)

@@honeyphan2 I remember seeing parts of the Michael/Calen story and then didn't get back into it until the Stephen Clay storyline so I think I missed Tempted all together. He's definitely different in that arc. I had no problem with the havoc he was raising other than the fact that I couldn't see him doing that to Olivia.
