Definitely the mid natural chair. The grey on your walls needs a warm contrast, plus mid natural will look amazing with your new vase and twigs. Personally I think the grey trend has had its day, one day greys will be like the orange, brown, yellow and greens of the 1970's 😅

I think a light to medium blue would look lovely with all the gray you have and give you a pop of color. If you want to stick with your 3 options then I think the light natural would work best and you could scotch guard it to prevent staining.

Hi Nisha! I think the mid natural would work better for you…. but you can always scotch guard the fabric on the lighter chair color so spills will not stick to the fabric. I very much enjoy your channel and Louis is precious!

I absolutely love your vase and curly sticks. It is definitely my style too. Don't we have wonderful taste? 😊 You are so right to choose classics for your home. It will always be attractive and not out of date. I remodeled my kitchen two years ago and used only classic materials. It looks very pleasing now and will for years to come.

I had this exact problem with grey painted cabinetry and the island where I was placing barstools. The light natural pulled ever so slightly a green tone next to the cool grey. I purchased the mid natural tone chairs and it added just the right touch of warmth. I also have accents of navy, bone and a darker brown to pull it all together.

Yes the mid natural will work very nicely but to give you another option. Try a shade of blue to go with gray. Certain colors of blue are beautiful with gray tones. Have fun with color!

I like both colors of chairs but I really like the lighter one. After having a TX summer with temps in triple digits (105°-109°) all summer and not a drop of rain I wouldn’t mind cloudy days for a month

The Light Natural, definitely! Matchy matchy of things is not something I go with anymore, I think it can look too contrived. And colour wise you may want to change the grey walls etc in which case the Light Natural would suit any colour pallet. Sod the concern about someone spilling something, have what you want! 🤣

I think the mid natural would work best and look perfect with your new vase, I agree the light is too light and would definitely need cleaning a lot more. Maybe you could get a tablecloth with both grey and mid natural colours to bring it together. Lots of love xx

Hi Nisha, So loved the beginning of the video. It reminds me of where I used to live and we walked everywhere we went. The chair style is lovely. I like the light natural & the mid natural. If you have some shirts in those colors pull them over the backs of you existing chairs and decorate with your table cloth and new vase.leave the room and walk back in what is your eye automatically drawn to! That is what I would choose & don't second guess yourself.

Hello, Tj here again with an update. We are also looking at new dining chairs and my husband insists on chairs that have adequate cushions for bony bums. Since he liked the ladder and belt story I decided to show him your choice of chairs. Yes! Exactly the kind he wants, wonderful. Only problem, I no longer live in England but in Canada so we will have a hunt to find something suitable.

I would definitely go with the mid coloured chairs with the grey your stuck with a certain colour scheme and the light will get grubby quite quickly. Also with the mid if you need something to match just get a new table cloth or accessories. Love to Sir Louis 💝

Go mid natural or the light which goes with everything. You can always and will change your paint colour eventually. Don’😢 worry about light fabric you can always clean them or have them treated with a spray for stains. Don’t go cheaper on your chairs they won’t stand up. The tufted button holes do collect dust in the button hole so be prepared to vacuum them. Good luck.

Oke Nisha, I think I would go for the mid natural since, in my view, this is not a matter of clashing but it’s more like contrasting which make the colors more alive…..besides, on the beach (where I grew up) it is all blue grayish and light brownish colors mixed together….. so apparently nature finds it a nice combination😉

We keep our home with the original neutral walls and I still love my rectangular french country but slightly modern twist table with fabric gold tan seats and china buffet, purchased elsewhere. I also got matching bench and island chairs no padding. Then I have typical round wood table in breakfast nook. Our old contemporary dining set is in the basement. Decisions... decisions ❤️ I'm done spending, unless forced to downsize @ a later date.

Light natural is my favourite, Nisha. You can buy transparent chair covers to protect them, and just take the covers off when you have people over for dinner. The mid natural are also beautiful, and you could always buy a different tablecloth if you dont think it works. But Grey is neutral so will go with any of those chairs x

I would have the same issues with matching! I would end up going with the light cream. If you pay less and decide to change later, it's such a big deal...your lunch looks yummy!!!

Hi nisha hope ur well, my giddy aunt can’t believe it! Ur vase is very similar to mine but I had mine in the range! I’ve got twigs by front door and they’re gorgeous, ur making it up just fine,and the face framing👌👌fair play to u👏I personally would go for the light natural, it goes with everything, depends if ur keeping the grey in dining room! If u do change paint colour the light natural would go with any colour, I have light natural in my dining room and I have grandchildren, if something does spill it cleans up so easily! 😂😂😂that’s us to a t with clothes shopping 😂😂thank u so much for a great video, take care xx😘

cheap furniture is money thrown down the drain rather quickly. I would choose the gray chairs personally. I think they are very lovely but if you might ever change your décor, then go with the light beige. scotch guard them to protect against stains. Your taste is always very lovely so don't worry. You cannot make a mistake with any of the colors really. I share your anxiety and it really comes from thinking we are not good enough, fear of making mistakes. but in the end we let others decide for us and when you get older you may regret that. go with your gut instinct. I loved the beginning and seeing Louis is always a treat.

Mid Natural. It goes fine with grey. It's a neutral color, so it goes with most . Plus, aren't your cabinets a tan/light brown? The chairs you have now have tan wood. Anyway, I think it would give a good contrast to offset all that grey you have. Isn't your new couch a tan/light brown too? Oh, and it would make your "sticks in the vase" pop as well. 😊

I love fresh mozzarella with tomatoes, looks delicious. I would go with the mid natural chairs, as you may one day change the gray color but also because I think they will still look nice and with the natural twigs, it will flow nicely. Hope that helps.

Your love for branches and twigs, which are so naturally beautiful, isn't new. I have always loved the twigs behind you where you film. The mid Natural would go with everything. You're right. It's different from the other two. You might be right about the light grey which I love - but what if you change the color scheme in the future. BTW, some places offer you fabric swatches so you can see what the chair will look like before you order it. If you don't use the dining chairs very often or don't entertain a lot, you don't need to get the most expensive ones.

Mid natural definitely. I think the grey would be just too dull against the grey wall and the light natural seams quite sensitive to stains. In my opinion, mid natural would be nice "bridge" between the color of the kitchen, which looks warm on my screen and the color of the walls, which looks cool on my screen. Also, you can decide and change your wall color anytime to some warmer color and mid natural would go great with it also. I am horoscope Virgo, perfectionist by horoscope and by nature, so I also like everything to go together. That is something I can understand completely. So, anyway, those are just my thoughts and the way I would think and decide if I am having this dilema 😊

I would absolutely get the MID NATURAL chairs!! You'll change the gray eventually. I'm the same...need to LOVE what I pick & go crazy with matching. And you & twigs, is me & bunnies🐇love a bunny🐰somewhere in the room (a green topiary, hand towel, sculpture, etc). The other day I made salmon patties from fresh salmon, they were SO good!! Thanks for the video 🤍 Ps.. love a tiny bit of fringe on the forehead (like before).

I have a terrible time deciding on things sometimes too. Mostly because I cant afford a mistake! I would choose the cream colored chair and dont worry about a stain as you said you dont use them all that often and have no little ones at this time. Also it gives you the option of changing your decor somewhat in the future. And yes, I ve been told gray is going out of style too. But your decor is and will be beautiful no matter what you choose!💞

Hi Nisha. Seeing the footage of the beautiful lake and trees with Louis enjoying his dip so much, was really wonderful. There is nothing more heartwarming and fulfilling as feeling at one with nature and it brings peace, tranquility and gratitude for those of us who really care. As for your chairs, I would go for the mid natural as grey might be too cold looking with the walls and the light natural would show every mark. I have a lot of natural materials in my house such as wood and bamboo etc and I find it’s so easy to choose decor when large pieces of furniture are in earth tones .One can change up the colours of cushion covers,rugs, flower arrangements etc at a much lower price when the mood takes you and when your basics are neutral. Morning Nisha, I’m the same as you with decor I like everything to match. I have a lot of grey and my table is wood with brown chairs. I didn’t want to change it all so I use a table cloth and I bought chair covers in grey to save money (and easy to wash) maybe an option for you. I like the grey, but the light Natural would go with your kitchen and dinning room. Not really much help was I! Have a good week thanks for the video 😘

I too struggle with making decisions especially the older I get. I have grey and slightly off white throughout my house. I would do the light medium because the mid medium would look too dingy with the off white. The mid to me was beige. Hope this helps you.

Re: Chairs If you need them to color match then, you are right, the gray is the closest match. You can always take a lighter, contrasting upholstery fabric in whatever finish or pattern you like and make some of those small protector cloths that you drape over the back of the chair and it comes to an elegant v-shaped point front and back. Some add a tassel down the back or some crystals or beads especially for the holidays or dinner parties and things. Or, you can also put slip covers on your old chairs if you are not ready to decide on new chairs yet. There are some nice ones now that are sleeker than the old style.
