That is a Meanmouth, largemouth or spot hybridization with a smallmouth. I caught a 3.53lb Meanmouth in Oregon about a month ago, it was insane!

Yes that is a true Meanmouth. A Largemouth X Smallmouth hybrid. A very close relative, who is often misnamed a Meanmouth is the Smallmouth X Spotted Bass hybrid, but they typically don't grow as big as the true Meanmouth Bass does. A lot of people think that they cannot reproduce, being a hybrid, but this is untrue. They can in fact, reproduce with either species, although it causes problems further down the gene pool with growth and health, as well as causing problems with the ecosystem. In places where hybridization occurs heavily, they can actually overtake both species completely in a given body of water, resulting in only the hybrids being present.
