[HELP] IP Camera V380 No Record with SD Card

I have issue with my ip camera v380 with sdcard
I cant find my record history although sdcard is detected. when i check mt cloud storage i can find my record history
before i can see my record history from my sdcars, but suddenly it disappear

You must switch of / disable the event recording option if you want the camera to record 24 hours

I cannot locate ANY Settings. All I find is wifi name listed in all wifi connections. :'( Can you help? I have tried contacting the company. I have 128GB SD Card installed & if I pull it out I have over 5,000 recording, undated et cetera. I want my Kam to be more efficient

Trust me, you just need an ORIGINAL Sandisk sd card, the cctv will work fine. There is also available High Endurance sd card that is meant for cctv as it records non stop. But the earlier one i mentioned is just sufficient.

Try this... format the mem card then reset the cctv and remove and install the mem card... remove all the way then insert and try again... i have the same issue but i try this method and it works...

Kuhanin mo po SD card then insert mo sa kahit anong fone na may SD Format. After mo po ma-format, ibalik mo sa CCTV. pag ka open mo ng app, punta ka po settings tapos Recording Settings. Off mo yung Continuous Recording then On mo ulit. Then try mo na po icheck ang Playback after 10 mins.
