We fell in love with the steady beat and mellow sound - and paired it with snapping steps and subtle cardio moves for a cool mood attitude! The choreography is progressive and repetitive, allowing you to recover or go big based on your workout needs. Stay on your toes and keep the arms up to elevate the heart rate as you engage multiple muscle groups. Press play and a smile is on the way!
FIT TIP: Jumping and turning are two elements of choreography that can always be replaced with less intense or less complex movements. During the verses, simply walk/step to the front instead of hopping - while keeping the arms overhead to activate the oblique muscles. After you snap and walk to one side, stay to the front instead of spinning in a circle - and even add a couple of squats if you want to increase the intensity!

Love this! Also, I’m encouraged that not all the ones in the video are already in shape. Nothing is more discouraging (and annoying) than trying a workout video where everyone doing it is already skinny and in good shape. It makes me think it’s not worth trying but seeing others around my size able to do it encourages me to try also. Thank you!

The first time I heard this song was at the Live Experience Refit class in Waco a couple weeks ago. It was so fun, and I love the choreography!
