Hi Liv. I started following you during your pregnancy. Always looked forward your video. I have struggled with severe anxiety and depression in the past. Still dealing with anxiety issues, and combating depression is an ongoing battle. So I know what it’s like! Don’t give up on yourself! You have better days coming. Keep doing your affirmations and sticking to your routine. Be kind to yourself. You’re doing the best you can. Depression is real.. ask for medical help, if something doesn't make you feel ok try something else. There is help. Talk to someone who can help you help yourself.. ❤️ this year you are with millions... Unfortunately.
