Help! My QGIS Attribute Table is Taking Over My Screen (on Mac)

Ugh! My Attribute table in QGIS on my Mac has taken over my screen and I can't get back to my map. Want to know the simple fix for this? Then watch this video!

Thanks, this is a useful tip. You can also get out of the full screen attribute table by clicking on the dock attribute table button which is the second from the right button in the toolbar at the top of the attribute table. I wish there was a similar feature for the database manager, which also has a tendency to open full screen and not allow you back to the home screen on a mac.

Actually I figured it out for the database manager as well. Go to Advanced at the very bottom of the preferences options and click to agree that you will be careful. Then go to the DB_Manager section and under geometry set the value to something reasonable like 400,400. Then click OK and restart QGIS. Then the database manager will open in a reasonable sized window.

However, if you then open the database manager again when in full screen in QGIS, the database manager goes back to taking over the screen.
