HELP Truck Ride Along

The HELP Truck program, run by the State Department of Transportation, patrols Syracuse-area highways weekdays during rush hours. Two active trucks patrol 70 miles of road from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and again from 3 to 6 p.m.
