This idea is brilliant!! I am still learning about all of this. Why did you put the dual density insert below the easy shoe and not above the easy shoe? I am applying human shoes thinking where we put memory foam pads inside our shoes.

Needed to have a shoe that did not create any pressure points. Soft material on the ground helps with concussion as well as creates different types of ways a horse stand .

Well done! I like the little clamp used when welding the tabs. Is there a name for it? I couldn’t find it on Amazon.

Hey Keith, it is called a toggle hold down clamp, there lots of options on amazon. steel plate 1/4 inch thick also available on amazon and weld , screw or clamp it to your work station. Welding table up an running!
