Helping after Hurricane Harvey

Our time helping victims of Hurricane Harvey in Victoria, Texas, is wrapping up. It's been an exhausting, emotional and soul-enriching experience. Thanks to many awesome people, we were able to financially help out a young family whose trailer was destroyed. This video captures the special moment when we were blessed to present them with the donations. It's overwhelming to think of the work that still needs to be done in this devastated region of the country, but my heart feels good that Texas is in a little bit better condition than before Rachel Konishi, Brendan Holmes, Spencer Holmes, other awesome volunteers and I chipped for a few days. Many hands make light work. Many generous souls make a difference. One thing I know is that this part of Texas is in good hands with the amazing Graig Warner and Jamiee Bowden Warner. This wonderful couple opened their house, wallets and hearts to us and serve so many people in the Victoria area. God bless Texas!
