Scrap Mechanics Survival needs a mini map with the "fog of war" on. I'm not saying we need to see everything on it at all times, but as we discover where things are, we should be able to have a map of sorts that we fill out as we explore and then it grays out if it's not within draw distance. I'm just a bit tired of having to remember which cliffs on my map lead into the trader's crater, which one has a decently clear path down to the roads, and which is just misery and suffering of towers, rocks, trees, and CORN!!! Frigg'n corn that won't destroy on impact, sawing, or drilling!!!!! Sorry. I'm a bit wound up from having too many times needing to try to "shortcut" my way from a distant gather point (ember or cotton or a factory) and I always end up in misery at night. I'll eventually landscape the area, but currently it's just awful. But a mini map would help a lot.
