Helping Myself To All 3 Items... (Guardian Of Semerkhet, Tomb Raider Last Revelation)

Welcome to Guardian Of Semerkhet, the fifth and final level of the Karnak section from Tomb Raider Last Revelation.
One of the secrets in this level contains three items; a large medipack, small medipack and shotgun ammo. You would normally only be able to obtain one of these items as collecting one causes the other two to catch fire. Trying to grab the other items would result in you catching fire and you would have no way of extinguishing the fire as there is no water in the level. In fact, the nearest water is in three levels time; Coastal Ruins.
In this video I used a cheat to give myself unlimited healthpacks so that I was able to collect all three of the items and then repeatedly use healthpacks until making it up to the water in Coastal Ruins and putting the fire out. I skipped most of the pickups and some of the enemies during the journey from Guardian Of Semerkhet to Coastal Ruins because my main objective was to show you myself collecting the three items from the secret at Guardian Of Semerkhet and then keeping myself alive until finding water. However, I'm sure it would've been possible to complete each of the levels (Guardian Of Semerkhet, Desert Railroad, Alexandria and Coastal Ruins) 100% while on fire if I wanted to. But the main focus was on the large medipack, small medipack and shotgun ammo in the secret within Guardian Of Semerkhet.
If you are playing on the PC version then you probably don't need to use cheats in order for this to be possible. I say this because there's a glitch on the PC version which gives you unlimited healthpacks. I play on the PS version and therefore had to use a cheat in order to give myself unlimited healthpacks; the glitch isn't do-able on the PS version.
