This is my first time watching your videos. Thanks for showing this. So many people don't understand that over population leads to problems in a body of water. Again, thanks for the video.

Thanks for watching I appreciate it. And yes alot of people don't understand it I know alot of people who refuse to fish the lake for crappie because they catch mostly small ones. Thanks again

Great video Rod. So many lakes are over populated with crappie and they just stop growing. Fish management is a big part of having a healthy fish population.

Overpopulated? You won't have that here in south NY cause of all the illegal fishing here. It's quite fun to watch those schools of fish like that on the screen. And catching them so "easily ". Well done Rod.

Thanks Tom, what I showed in the video is just a fraction of the fish I caught that day. It's nothing to catch 100 to 150 a fay in that lake most of them small. Thanks for watching

Hello Rod, I’m a new subscriber! I recognize that lake and I’ll have to take a trip this next spring and summer to help y’all locals out on that fish population. I love fishing and eating those smaller crappie whole when the DNR puts an open limit on the lakes.

They got signs at the bait shop telling you to keep everything, when my buddy Carl goes with me he takes a bucket and fills it up with the small ones and feeds them to his chickens.
