I also care about birds and was fined$500.00 for feeding them off my balcony. People are so cruel, without compassion!

This is so wonderful! Most places won't take pigeons and seagulls, birds that are often looked at as pesty and overpopulated. It's great to know that someone is doing something to really make a difference. Are there any opportunities to help?
