Does anyone know if you can change the handles on these to third party options or is the standard Era handle the only one compatible?

If you are changing to zero profile then both the Sweet & Affinity handles featured here are comparable helplocks.com/product-category/furniture/door-handles/ If you are staying with the mortise style of the ERA Vectis, then only ERA do those

The main problem with the ERA vectis is that it is crap and should never have seen the light of day. A good theory but shocking execution.
