32:09 - That's just the case of not seeing eye to eye on things Shaqii... Jun thinks that continuing MARS as a group would eventually destroy Thame since the good-for-nothing CEO put all the burden on Thame to pay off their debts as a group. And Jun really loves and care for Thame that's why he wanted to get Thame off the group and pursue his career in South Korea. He's short-tempered and definitely has an attitude but Jun really cares for Thame. On the other hand, Thame doesn't see it that way... He literally doesn't care that he's doing all the heavy-lifting for the group and maybe the thought of that burning him out might not even crossed his mind. All he wants was for the group to be together once more just like before. It took Po to bridge things between these two so they can see things from each other's perspective. I really, really love the writing of this series so far :)

Honestly I get both sides Jun doesn’t want thame to have to take all the stress and hard work and burden everyday all day for them to keep MARS afloat and end up burning out etc but thame sees it as he can take the weight of the world for his members as long as their by his side while he’s taking that burden they both are right and wrong in their own ways but your right communication would have helped a lot in their situation

I don't think you understand the series. Pay more attention with the dialogues. Also, you are reacting more on unnecessary things rather than the main points.
