@ Hema Maps. Bought the Hx2 gps today. We dont have the arrow icon? Searching for address gives no route found.. im getting to the stage of returning it and getting something more user friendly.

i have the hx2 and i load a location point i want to go to a it starts good enough but after a cople of minutes it goes to a blank screen, what am i not doind correctly

My HemaX Update Manager has 3 sections or Apps, HemaX Update Manager, HX2 and Hema Keyboard. The status of all 3 is Updated. I've been told that I can update the maps as well but don't know where to find this section to do so. Help please!

In the on road section how do I save an address to favourites such as home? There is very little in the manual or anywhere else on this

Hi Craig, this feature has been added in the latest HX-2 update. You can now save a home or work address. Just go to the 'heart' icon in the header and you will see a home and business icon on the top right for you to set these up.

Yep certainly, the on-road and off-road maps are generally updated every quarter in the HX-2.

Hi Jo, this refers to the HX-2 finding the up to 11 satellites it is connected to and locking in the GPS coordinates (i.e. where you are) provided by those satellites.

No sorry, this is exclusive to the HX-2 GPS unit.

Why does my HX2 always start in Canberra? I live in Perth W.A. Sometimes it takes up to an hour for it to reach a correct location. Is this normal? or is the unit faulty. So far I am not happy with the unit and I think that it is a waste of money.

I struggle with GPS lock - whenever I press it - it takes me to a place in Canberra. Does that just mean the GPS is still hunting? Even after 10 minutes it still thinks I am in Canberra - is this normal. Would have been nice to have the devise default to my home address instead - at least then it would be quicker to work with.

Would be great if you actually adjust the auto generated route instead of being taken around the most indirect route regardless of route settings (Easy/Shortest/Fastest) so terribly unintuitive, also there is no ability to navigate to multiple waypoints for example if I have 5 waypoints how do I get it to navigate the desired route between my waypoints instead of going it's own way....
