@freepomeroon Hemlatajī is singing about the monsoon, as well as what happens in the rain. "Bauchār" is a specific kind of rain, where the breeze blows it into your house. "Ailē mein godiyā" -> "Coming into (the) lap". "Sūtal chunarī hamār balam jī" -> My beloved slept on my veil. The lyrics more or less go from revelry -> sorrow. The first verse is supposed to be more upbeat, the second describes the strength of the rain, the third describes a sorrowful encounter with a scorpion in the dark after the rain.
