For those that looked for binding receiver to transmitter here, well here's how to do it. For a replacement Rx. Switch on both Tx and Rx. The Rx led should flash indicating not bound. Move throttle stick to full down/reverse position and hold for about 5 seconds. The Rx led stops flashing and stays on. Release the throttle back to neutral/middle position. Gently move it to ahead/forwards and motors should engage indicating Rx now bound. If there's another way then please add to these comments. You have covered all other things except binding, than you.

You can try pick propellers from similar boats. Heng Long 3837 propeller have length 37mm (03:23). Also type in the search field on Aliexpress "propeller 37mm" an you can get some result

Please teel me why your boat have a proportional speed and the other ones doesn't have it? I have bought it because I was sure it has proportional speed seeing your video and my boat is not proportional. Speed on off! Why??
