Hello mate! Super job! Just one little thing: you can see on the second chord Clapton's index finger is lifted so he does not do a B7#9 as the D string is open an not fret one but actually a Bm7 plus maybe the high e string wich would make a Bm7 add 11. I think he does actually mute the high e so I would go for a Bm7. If he actually mutes the d string as well it could be wether considered as a B7#9 or Bm7 as there would be no third. Tell me what you think? Personally I would say Bm7.
