I really dislike the Apple earbuds. They hurt after a long time. The earbuds you have are the kind I love. The one trip essential I have is a good book in print as well as a good audiobook. I’ve found that audiobooks are really helpful for the times when my anxiety is really bad. It’s like mediating in a way, because I really try to focus on the words being said and imaging the story in my head. It’s a fabulous distraction. I also like to make sure I’ve downloaded a movie or TV show from the Netflix app onto my phone because you never know when there may not be and internet connection and you need to save your data plan.
