Rap means Rhythm and poetry and that was what Ladipoe did. Anybody saying sarkodie killed it needs to understand that on a cypher you come with your A-game. Sarkodie has never been known to deliver as an MC. There are few MC's and ladipoe has just proven that thats where he belongs, in the ilk of MI, Nasty C, loose cannon, mose 9, jagz, m.anifest, Blaqbonez. Coming ro throw direct jabs like kali did is a no-no. Where is the poetry in it. His punchlines were like that of highschool students. Nigga needs to improve on his pen game. Theres no wow factor i e something to unpack, everything is just straigth. No doubt the flow was good but anybody can say the things both kali and sark said. But it requires certain level of intelligence to play with words like ladipoe did. Like is said, the only lyricist on this cypher was ladipoe, the rest are rappers. Period

Sarkodie told a story, lot to unpack there. I'll give Ladipoe a comfortable 10/10. The South African did good justice to the beat. Lot of his punchlines were in his native tongue. That his Farakhan bar was hard AF! All in all. Wonderful cypher for the culture

As far as a Cypher verse should go, Kaligraph takes it, his verse is a proper Cypher verse. Sark is past that level where he should do the bragadocious rap, so he chose to speak facts, same thing someone like M.I would do on a Cypher like this, and that's boss/OG talk and movement, you have to address something, pass a message. Ladipoe is a poet normally, he is too good and he has never ever disappointed on any Cypher he appears in. Laydoe (South African guy) has a very good flow, I've not taken time to listen to his songs, maybe I should now. The other 2 guys also did well, but the language barrier didn't help me digest their verses well. Overall, this was a very good Cypher and I like how the last 2 editions had rappers from different parts of Africa.
