Never, ever, apologize for your playing. Ever. Let people hear how YOU feel the music in that moment. If it has big reverb or whatever it doesn't matter because at that moment thats how you felt it and played it. Cheers!

This sounds awesome, no apologies needed. Perfect sweet tones, played with heart. Love it.

When you hear the track start you don’t expect something this nice to follow the dry intro. They know what they’re doing.

Beautiful Henning... killer rich tone... I probably use too much reverb/delay as well... but then I like reverb and I sure don't think you had too much.

I love your "sound" , what amp and other equipment do you use ? I had an Emmons Le Grande ll and session 500 which I regret selling. Thinking of buying again but session 500s are out of fashion now so just wondered what you are using.

Hi there :) Thanks, man. I use a LeGrande III as you can see, a Hilton volume pedal, a Boss RV3, and on this particular recording I used my Quilter amp. My best, Henning
@ETDigger8 жыл бұрын
Please tell me your complete setup, etc. amp, pickup, effects. You have one of the best tones I've heard and want to try and copy it. Thank you.......GREAT PLAYING!!!!
@henningantonsen55498 жыл бұрын
Hi there, thank you so much :-) The setup I use is very basic. Emmons LeGrande III through a Hilton volume pedal, a Boss RV3 (reverb & delay), and a Fender Steelking amp (there's a bit of reverb from the amp also, as I forgot to turn it off before recording).

Hello Antoine :) It's not on an album, I haven't reorded any albums. Lloyd Green had this song on an album back in 1980 called "Lloyd's Of Nashville". My best, Henning

Thanks :-) The backing tracks for Bars Of Steel and Neosho Waltz were made for me by good friends of mine here in Norway. The Ray Price tracks are from Bobbe Seymoure. The Hank Williams Medley track is from Tom Brumley.
