I have seen him prepare by stretching for 20 minutes, just before working out. My son has been lucky enough to share the court, at least during this time, to stretch and talk with him about his tennis, Henrik is a nice kid, great tennis player, and a great role model for the up and coming kids at ADNA. In a few years, I hope to see my son in the same position, taking a 10 year old under his wing, and being a great model.Cheers to Henrik, his coach(es), and his parents for their undying support.
