Yes, there is a blonde Cinderella. If you recall, in the first episode, before Henry left, he was telling his mom, Regina that when he was in the sorcerer's mansion, he found tuns of other fairytales: there was a French version of Snow White, etc. He wanted to leave, explore these other stories, and in the process, find his own. I think what the show is trying to do is show the audience that there are more versions of these classic fairytales. What I love about it is, they managed to make the show oddly familiar, and yet, intriguingly brand new, with new twists on these beloved tales. And now, the hero, the protagonist is Henry Mills, not Emma Swan. I love the parallels between Henry and Cinderella, and his grandparents, Snow and Charming!

0deadx21 and the idea of princesses with other nationalities is absurd, the enchanted forest is a magical realm,like this new real or the wish realm,the countries of our realm dont exist there, there is not a france or a italy in enchanted forest. or what? now half the population of europe are fairtytale characters? and henry didn't need to be made into a less witty version of his mom to be a heroe. this season is a bad attempt of copying the first season. but the main characters don't have chemistry, the plot is full of holes , the storyline too fast and poorly explained and te acting bad ( i'm sorry but jacinda is a terrible cinderella i hate that she tries to act youthfull and fresh but it doesn't fit because she looks regina's age at least an not like a young and cheerful badass princess...) another thing...what did that poor prince did exactly? didn't cinderalla lost her father as a child..that prince looks like 10 years younger than her.. he would've been a kid when her father died..how could a child have been responsible for her father's death??

This reminds me of an awesome Vocaloid song called "Cendrillon." In it, Cinderella is cursed by the Fairy Godmother to kill the prince at midnight. She slips into the ball and finds herself falling for the prince and he falls for her too. They dance the night away and she after a bit she attempts to slip away, but he refuses to let her go... in the end the curse takes control and she kills him at the stroke of midnight.

All they did was literally recycle Season 1; have a young child introduce themselves to the biological parent who has no idea who they are because of a curse cast among its residents by an evil entity... they mightn't have been able to get the copyright for the use of Elena and other characters in the show. Given that it is still relatively new and being played on a children's channel, Disney maybe didn't want it to appear on OUAT. After all, they are really promoting it and trying to give Elena a good image as their first Latina princess, so having her appear on a tv show that features cursing/impressions of rape in certain storylines, I wouldn't blame them. Same for Sofia, they are children show characters and want to keep them as clean as possible.

I'm not sure if it's how the Cinderella character is written (her behaviour and such) for this season or how the actress potrays the character, it's just...how do I say it.. not quite delicious? Not impressive? asdhjl I can't find the most fitting words for it. I don't know if it is the acting or the character is pure weakly written. Maybe both. It makes me kinda doesn't like the character and the actress. And she's one of the main character for this season, so for me it's a disappoinment.. when the leads can't make such a strong impression like Snow White on the original season. Though I hope the character will be more well written this time instead of Cinderella of the original season. well, maybe it's just me being nitpicky.. but I will keep finishing this season anyway to see the ending (and to see the other original characters uwu). oh but I do love Tiana's character here. And the new main villains are quite striking (again) too.

Different realms are like parallel worlds. Like how there are different versions of the same fairytale done by Grimm Brothers, Disney, smaller film/animation companies, international and etc. This version of Cinderella doesn't overwrite the previous Cinderella in the show. Hope that's clears things up. Basically it's like how you have Spider verse and there are different versions of Spider man.

I think season 7 was way better if it was this way: No different realm characters (CAUSE THEY ARE BORING REPEATS) , NO hyperion heights (everyone is still in storybrooke) , no lucy or any new hyperion heights characters, emma is in season 7 regularly, no roni (only regina), AN actual funeral for rumple at the end, beauty episode doesnt happen until half way through season 7 (so we get to see more of belle), no alice (dont hate on me for this but i didnt like her character), flashbacks when rumple and belle meet again in after life, keep grannys and everything, normal henry (jared s gilmore) stays and no new older henry. Sadly, season 7 of ouat cant be changed but i just wish they made it like this :[

Why should this time be any different. Also Tianas ethnicity played a role in her story which is why it wouldn’t make sense to change it. Cinderella’s not so much, I do remember there being an Egyptian Cinderella and she didn’t have to go to a ball or dance with the Prince or live in an abusive household or have a fairy godmother. All it took was a bird to steal her shoe and bring it to the King. So then the king Married her, and they lived happily ever after. They’re are many unheard of stories of fairytales were they’ll probably look different to their Disney counterparts. I mean look at what they did with Aurora, she looks nothing like the og Sleeping Beauty except for the fact that she’s white. New Aurora is a burnet with a leafy crystal crown and a purple dress with feathers and a tight looking corset and wears a cloak. But that didn’t change the story because they made their own version of Aurora.
