Henry is just salty because he isn't champion anymore so he makes every effort to downplay current fighters, he shouldn't of "retired" than he could have still been relevant. He should stick to promoting pillows and not negativity towards active fighter's.

In MMA we talk about rounding out your game as far as the physical training and learning. But this must also extend to consider media and promotion on the fighters end. Some do lack the power to engage the fans and do the everything in the cage. I would hope that while it is noble, there are plenty of fighters who are just as hungry outside of the UFC trying to get in and have the same skills as the average fighter already in the organization but also want get our attention or is good on the mic. We gotta appreciate fighters who try to learn English and do things like have a gimmick or a shtick to be unique. It takes a while to put on lean mass and to do it correctly. Most fighters who found success have been doing some sort of physical activity where an athlete has gone through years upon years of bulking up and slimming down. Others are just genetically gifted. Yet this allows the body to appreciate the physical rigor and because of that, lean muscle has to go through cycles of contraction and breaking down/ building up muscle fibers that it benefits the fighter the more times you go through it. On the outside even just going through a phase of putting on lean mass once is good because it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and you feel good mentally, but to really maximize your muscles, you'd have to have been sculpting one's body over a long period of time theres no escaping that if you have not put in the work. With that being said, great podcast 👍

Yeah I’m a big Fan of Figgy but I could even tell the Bias I think he gave him props but it wasn’t to the level it should have been. Which is a bit worrying going into a 4th fight if he’s going to be leading Figgy in the corner and training him but Cejudo has a good track record so far with his athletes so I believe it will work out and they’ll have a good gameplan Moreno didn’t drastically improve but to say he didn’t at all is just misleading his leg kick defense improved slightly but it was still exposed when it came to the latter part of the fight I think that’s always going to be an issue his boxing is clean but it’s predicated on his movement take that away and his a drastically different fighter offensive and defense. I have to be objective though he is a bit biased with Moreno and he involved Figgy in his conflict last fight im glad to see what Figgy actually wanted to say in his interview he didn’t want to be friend until the war was over but there no bad blood anymore. I hope he wins because Moreno fans are extremely biased and irritating as well. Lmao

It sounds crazy for all the MMA dudes to hate on Jake Paul. Rahman Jr signed a contract he didn’t live up to ? How is it possibly Jake’s fault? The original stipulation about weight was 25% for every pound Hasim was over. Then Jake agreed to 205. Then hasim said he wasn’t willing to lose any weight for the fight…. I don’t love Jake Paul but this one just isn’t his fight. Theirs weight classes for a reason, after the contract is signed it’s valid.

Hasim didnt cancel the fight, Fake, I mean, Jake did. Jake claims he "handled" Hasim at 230, so even if he was 215, would have been "easy" work for him. The man would have taken a massive pay cut for the 5k, minimum anyhow. What's the problem? Watching Jake's video of claiming Hasim backed out looked like a video of relief that he doesnt have to fight the man. He and everyone knew he made a MASSIVE mistake on picking him. What an easy out. The weigh ins havent even happened yet, yet cancels 1 week out even before seeing if the man get to 200-205? Yeah, ok👌😅
