I have to imagine a deal was already in the works, prior to this video. I'm guessing it was north of $15M! Who wouldn't want to own this dream hunting mecca! Lee Lakosky is such a hard worker, so detail-oriented and built this place up from nothing. Watching their TV shows over the years, I feel like I know this property like it was my own. It's one incredibly lucky (and wealthy) SOB that owns it now! God bless'em . . . a property like this is just a dream to most of us avid whitetail hunters!
