Henry Ford Drove This Race Car Only Once and Won and It Changed Everything For Him and His Future!

This video tells a brief story of the car known as Sweepstakes and the famous 1901 race against World famous Alexander Winton and Henry Ford. When Ford beat Winton, it allowed a not to be defeated Henry Ford to eventually put world on wheels by providing the financial capital he needed to launch and eventually build an automobile empire, The Ford Motor Company.
With actual video footage of that famous car now located in The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan, you can enjoy this brief narrative.

My 1930 Ford Town Sedan has eyebrow fenders and still has the original interior. It's certainly worn but it still is functional. I have rebuilt the driveline, suspension, and tie rods, installed a modernized Model A motor with oversized intake valves, insert bearings, and a high compression head. I also have a lightened flywheel and V8 clutch. The car comfortably cruises at 50MPH but I've had it up to 60MPH. I have also insulated and installed sound deadener which has made the car enjoyable to be in even at 90 degrees.

I love the History, but growing up in the 60s American cars were at their peak in power and looks the 67 mustang fastback was really cool
