Ha! Thanks. The thing that sucks, is that for my channel's sake I have to move all of my photoshop tutorials (almost done) over to a new channel...which means losing the thousands of views this video has + the probability that new people will find it as it will undoubtedly get buried by the algorithm for a while at least. Thanks for the comment and for watching!

Awesome tutorial and very clear. I have been looking for an option to edit what we drop into vanishing point once we've applied it but I don't think it's possible is it? It's more like the liquify filter, once you apply the changes, you have to do it again if you want to move it :(

Hi, is there a way to do this on a surface that is curved? Like for example a skating rink that is not an exact rectangle, but rather has more of an oval shape? Or a skate park where the shape is more like a U. Would love to know!

Very helpful, and lovely clear instruction. Thank you! I have to wrap a huge 'banner' around two walls of a building that is curved where the two walls meet (kinda like a cube with rounded edges). Do you have a recommended method of doing so?
@ThisGuy3 жыл бұрын
Hm. I'm not sure I know the answer to that actually. Maybe look up how to do a "can" or "mug" mock up and see if the curved application of those is applicable to your project...? Displacement map on the corners? I think my brain is either malfunctioning and/or I really don't know how to do it. Sorry...

Shawn please advise How to remove a vanishing point after it’s already been created? I have an image where I’ve applied a vanishing point and would like to start a whole new. When I go back into my vanishing point filter the old grid is still there. I’ve even tried saving the image off as a jpeg and starting a new edit but even in the jpeg the old grid is still there. Why so aggressive? All caps is quite excessive don't you think? Including stock images is something that I often forget about because I have never used the stock photo/video when following any tutorial in my life, as I like to apply the skills towards images that I have found/taken myself instead. Rather than being so angry and preachy, you could have simply just asked for me to share the stock photos...
