Thanks for posting this. This is an amazing string of locks, and it's great to see it still active.

Would love to go to England one day and travel the waterways. We have nothing quite like this in the US, except for maybe the modern Erie Canal. I also like how the folks work together to operate the locks. Fine video, thank you.

Are random people just helping the boats get through the locks and gates?? If so, its remarkable. Great video, I'd love to see these canals in person.

Good video, we hope to do this flight soon. From our point of view it would have been better without the music and just have the sounds of people, water and boat engines.

Our old buddies have a perfect scenery of love and no divorce are imposed before because of this romantic places like this one. Most love story here last long and forever. This maybe old but this how they build trust and love.

This could easily have been a repetitive (!) bore of a film. You have managed to hold my attention all the way to the end. Beautifully shot and well-edited movie. Well done!

We always just open the top one, all the paddles in between, and then if you time it right, you can open all the gates, and just white water it down to the bottom. takes about 5 seconds. Experience counts.

Great footage! Are you the owner of this video? Is it possible for me to use and upload this footage on my youtube page? As a seafaring and history enthusiast (majored in history), I share footage on my channel from all kind of activities on our ocean as my KZbin hobby. Cargo ships in the 1960s till now, oil rigs, fishing vessels, inland barge ships, navy, etc. Of course full credit and a link to your KZbin page will be given when I upload. I’d like to talk this through via e-mail, is that possible for you? That way i can download the video footage in high quality when you send it to me or through a shared google drive link for example. My email is on my youtube page. I'm looking forward to your reply. Kind regards. Thanks!
