I grew up on Power Rangers and even I know Kamen Riders would win and are stronger in their Final Forms. The only thing Drakkon had going for him in his comic final evolution was reality altering powers which Oma Zi-O also had so Drakkon loses.

I can't believe that the Henshin karmen riders want to help you defeat drakkon after he tricked christ into thinking there was another evil force trying to take over the morphin grid and now he's to powerful for maybe any ranger or karmen rider to stop. But even if it doesn't work you can still find another way to defeat him once and for all so he doesn't try to take over the morphin grid ever again because no matter what happens you are the power rangers yere go go power rangers you good guys always won against all the bad guy's.
