The prolonged road work on Valley Road has had a devastating impact on the houses along its sides, particularly in Jennings and Bolans. Once charming and peaceful, these small, beautiful homes have deteriorated significantly, losing their former appeal and becoming almost unrecognizable. The constant dirt, dust, and noise from heavy construction equipment and passing vehicles have contributed to this decline, stripping the area of its once joyful and serene atmosphere.
The situation has reached a point where living or building a home near the main highway no longer feels pleasant or viable. What was once a place of comfort and happy memories has become a stark reminder of how unchecked development can harm communities.
