@@rankoprose I wonder why she tried going to college in America when her english is not up to that level. I would have thought going to post secondary in Japan would have been the thing for her to do, but for whatever reason she tried college in America. (I can understand wanting to be with her American dad as she rarely gets to see him as he's in the military) Her English is good conversationally except she messes up the sentence structure, but even when she's reading in-game diaries and what not she has to skip over various words because she doesn't understand them, her comprehension is good for everyday use but going past that not so much (to be fair most American college students have a hard time, never mind a foreigner)

@@EndoftheBeginning17 so as a hafu, Henya had dual citezenship, but only up into 20 when she would have to choose. Considering she said she left for America immediately after high school, she decided to try and see what America was like while she still was an American. Her school life sucked in Japan, as she has said many times before, with the bullying, the racism, and so much more. It was the prefect time to really give it a try, and, we'll, it did not go well so she dropped out, went back home to Japan, and after a few bad jobs, we'll, vtuber is her calling.

@@rankoprose Yeah and she did really well with collabing. I checked out a few other older channels on YT, such as Lyrica (Millie Parfait), Shannon, Holo ID (Moona) and a few others and sometimes it makes me wonder if this VTuber was a big deal prior to 2020. I just think it's sort of coincidental, as everyone was trying to be friends and trying out being a VTuber as the Indie scene was blowing up both in Japan as well as in America. Her biggest recurring collab partner however has always been Kson however. The two are work well together even if they're not the closest of friends (mind you Guutara is rapidly closing the gap, she and Kson hve been collabing a lot lately.

Yeah... Truth or dare. Spin the bottle. 7 minutes in heaven... Plenty of peer pressure games girls do that would end up having girls kiss. Especially when there's a guy around and you want the guy you like to be jealous without causing the boys to fight over it.

I don't think it's a girl thing, but I think girls do it more than guys would... I don't think all girls would do it and it's not always girls doing it... I'm not even sure if most girls would do it... But then I'm a guy and can only go off of what I've witnessed or have heard about and so on... I may be very wrong... I wouldn't expect it to be crazily uncommon though... In my experience, girls who are close to each other can get quite comfortable with each other physically and can be quite affectionate, maybe even intimate, even on a purely platonic level... There's also generally less stigma around it than there might be with guys (although especially in many western countries the stigma has probably decreased in more recent years)... ... I don't know... But yeah, I think calling it a girl thing is inaccurate... That said, it's also probably not a big deal and it's nothing that she should really have to worry about.

@@KitsyX I can't say calling it a girl thing is inaccurate. When it comes to guys, experimental, casual homosexuality is still *very* rare. There is *relatively* less stigma than there used to be, but that stigma is very much still in place.
