21:11 Yep! It, along with 29% of all English words including every word with a Q, is from French or Old Norman French. If anyone's interested, another 29% is Latin derived, 26% is Germanic (we call English a Germanic language anyway iirc because 80% of the most common words are Germanic). From there my memory is a little spotty but I think like 5% come from names, and the same from Greek, with the remainder scavenged elsewhere. French is also how English got a lot of its Latin words too, which means that it's mostly their fault that English pronunciation is BS.
