I'm curious as to how the rights to the characters work for new Vshojo members, compared to the OG members. Like Nyanners and Vei etc would have their rights because they had them before they joined the company, but with Henya and Nazuna, who didn't and are completely new, would they have the rights? or would Vshojo?

I don't think VShojo provided them with the characters or anything -- I think the talents commissioned the characters to be designed for them by independent artists. So I would be shocked if Henya and Nazuna DIDN'T have full rights to their characters in perpetuity, as particularly for Henya, that seems like it was probably a big reason she would've switched agencies in the first place.

Like if let's say someone leaves Nijisanji, they don't keep that character since it's owned by Niji and not the person behind the character.
