Probably tofu, lentils, beans but I don't think those are good due to heavy processing and huge carbs quantity. Meat + eggs will always win in this case.

wrong! Soya contains more protein than meat or eggs. Plus, the omega 3 originally is produced by phyto plancters whilst fishes cannot produce em. So-> Take the foutain directly and eat spirulina, spinach and more. Plain and simple equation.

Im making myself as much food as i can but they always say "eat this and that or you will be sitting here all they." Im showing them many things on the internet and im speaking with them often but they say that this is so unhealthy and i need to eat animal products. ***** This is a vegan related video, I doubt many are interested in enslaving a pig in a gestation crate so it can't even turn around for the entirety of their life and then driven through all weather extremes to the slaughter house where they have a metal prong shot into their brains that partially incapacitates them and then stabbed in the neck with a knife. I can see the point of this video, animals get suffer everyday from slaughter, why do you have to kill a live just so you can taste it for 5 second? animals feel pain too! they feel pain when you cut them in pieces so why do you gotta kill it? isnt that just cruel?? how would you feel if someone take your mom or dad or sister and brother away and kill them? would you feel sad? We have guns and we are way powerful than the animals, they dont have anything to defend themselves, dont you people feel embarass when you think that your stronger than a creature thinking that killing a live would be fun?
