Just came across this and found the lecture extremely helpful! I'm doing my MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition and my dissertation/thesis is looking at the influence of vitamin D status on inflammatory immune response to exercise (focusing on hepcidin). I don't know a whole lot about the hormone and how everything works together, but this helped an awful lot! Thank you!

Most doctors egos are to high and they don't want to listen to their patients, I've seen 30 doctors in 6 years and finally got an iron infusion, because I'm starting to lose my memory and I'm only 49 years old. Every time I try to talk to the doctors about anything I'm trying to educate myself on, They tell me, do you think you're the doctor! The best doctors that listen are the ones that are humble, The ones without the ego. Good luck to you
