Hello.
The Jawa RVM 500 Adventure model is no longer sold with case set in Turkiye. The reason is the price increase of the company that produced the bags. We contacted Blue Motor, the distributor of Jawa in Turkiye, saying that Adventure motorcycles would not be possible without a bag, and we bought the side case carriers they had produced. As a case brand, we bought the German made Hebco & Becker case set, which they also sell.
The saddlebag systems are already made for this set. But the mechanic who made the side carriers have moved the welding places even a few millimeters and the right carrier is slightly bent. Therefore, the right bag approaches the exhaust. In addition, they did not take the measurements of the bags exactly or they could not make them exactly. Carriers are a little wide for case.
As you can see in the video, we tried to stretch the carrier a little. And for abundance, we will find a filling material in between.
There was no problem with the top case assembly. You don't have a chance to move even 1 cm back and forth. It would be an option if they drilled 4 more holes.
Requirements for Hebco & Becker case set assembly:
The set of Case set you choose,
Side case carriers (sold by Blue Motor),
universal carrier for top case,
A table for universal carrier mounting (in Turkiye, sold by Blue Motor).
If you want to install another model case set, you will need:
The set of case you choose,
Side carriers (you should have a good welder according to the bag),
Carrier for top case (If the holes coincide with the model, no other production may be required.),
A table if necessary to fit this carrier to the motorcycle (you should have a good welder make it according to the case)).
Our opinion of the bag set: Very light and very stylish. It looks cool on motorcycle.
However, if the motorcycle were to lean on its side, it may not be strong enough to maintain its structure.
We will be glad if you subscribe.
