Most people don't seem to realize that they weren't considered children anymore once they hit puberty... That was how it worked throughout most of human history. The idea that 18 is some magic number where children suddenly become adults is a modern novel concept in human history, and honestly, there's plenty of modern-day 30 year olds who are essentially children. The society at the time actually raise children to be mature enough to be considered adults (young adults, but still adults) by the time they went through puberty. In western terms Lolita comes from Vladimir Nabokov's book called 'Lolita'. It is used to describe a young girl that is precociously seductive. In Japan the word Lolita is associated with a style that embodies sweetness, adorableness, and innocence, but not inherently sexual. It's the same word but with completely different meanings from different cultures basically. When westerners hear the word Lolita they think of the western Lolita word, not the Japanese one.

Remember the view-point character is an unreliable narrator who is just saying she is seductive, he's a victim blamer making excuses for why he isn't in the wrong. But in my arms she was always Lolita.” ― Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita What the Japanese did with it: Lolita -+ Lolita complex -+ lolicon -+ loli. Which is why Comic LO makes sense. Nobody really says lolita. Not to be confused with a loose fashion sense that some variants adopted the name of Lolita fashion. Westerners use the term nymphet to describe that idea, Lolita refers to a singular entity, a fictional character in a fictional book. (As in, I'm sure Elon, like him or not, has had to deal with card companies trying to force him into compliance "or else" or he's at least aware they do that, and he will likely suggest something is done. To be fair, saying that japan has a bit of a problem with sexual harassment is fair considering that they are literally not allowed to sell phones where you can disable the shutter sound when taking a pic because people were sneakily taking upskirt pictures all the time...

From the UN website: "The United Nations is an international organization founded in 1945. Currently made up of 193 Member States, the UN and its work are guided by the purposes and principles contained in its founding Charter. The UN has evolved over the years to keep pace with a rapidly changing world. But one thing has stayed the same: it remains the one place on Earth where all the world’s nations can gather together, discuss common problems, and find shared solutions that benefit all of humanity." Nowhere there says it they would be concerned with fiction, so WHY ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT FICTION???

GASP... not true! it has nothing to do with "gathering the nations to a single table", use your brain. its a mechanism to consolidate power in to a single entity and its doing just that. they are going to get rid of all the meat and force you to eat bugs, hope you're ready :D
