She is the center of the universe! I am so grateful for adoptive parents! I was adopted when I was a tiny baby of 6 weeks. Both of my parents were educators and absolutely did their best! They are both gone but the love they gave me goes on and is passed down to my children, and now my grandbaby.💖

This hits home and makes me emotional in a good way. Growing up as a Black American at least in my experience majority of the time I’ve dealt with racism on one level or another. This gives me hope in humanity and the feeling that I don’t have to feel guarded when in the presence of a white person. When I think about it it’s insane that I would have to feel that way in America.

No, she is not at risk because she entered the country legally 😊 Since we are Americans and we adopted her, she became a US citizen when her feet touched the ground! She also has a social security card and USA passport 😊
