Yeah Adam, you were brave for jumping in. Reminds me of the time when I was in Cozumel and wanted to take a short snorkeling excursion. The little boat I was in with 2 other people went out about a mile away from shore and they just told us to get out. Jumping off the boat took some convincing about sure helps to have gorgeous company. I wish I lived near where you live Adam, Laguna Beach is amazing.

If you want the anchor to work better, add a few meters of chain to the anchor followed by the rope. This makes sure the anchor is lying flat and can grapple to the floor. Great vid 👍🏽

I'm impressed that you both got a dive in. Recommend a plough anchor and at least 3 to one length to depth of water and with some chain to hold in place better. The little pick is ok for rock but the rock will chafe the line.

Just a suggestion from experience. You need a bigger anchor and at least 10 ft of chain. Because if you’re out there in the the wind and swell bye bye seadoo. And go to Home Depot and get a rope reel $10.00 👍🤷🏽‍♂️

Great video again Adam, the dolphins are loving the SeaDoo! Question, are you not nervous about running them over? They tend to swim so close. I guess you go slowly so the dolphins can outswim you and they're intelligent enough not to just stop swimming with the SeaDoo right on their tail. Amazing.

You're going to want 5x the depth for length of anchor line. So you need a MUCH longer rope. It being that vertical is going to rip the anchor right out of the ground. Don't want your jetski floating away on ya

Adam if you remain perfectly calm when you see a Shark it will not attack you it might just pass by for a curious look. But if you panic it can detect that and will see you as pray. Also when I dive I carry a knife and a 4ft pole so if I needed to keep a shark away I could use the pole to keep it from getting to close. Also not the brightest move to dive where there are Seals.
