yeah shes dead. he doesnt know. she died of cancer before getting his confession letter. and her letter sent after her death which also had her confession in it said she was moving overseas for treatment and she was happy liking him and shed be cheering for him from afar. there were so many tragic stories in this drama. like the pregnant woman being murdered right before her due date. she was an orphan and married her childhood sweetheart who also grew up at the orphanage. that was horrific too. or the little girl with dreams of being an idol who was murdered by her mother who then took her own life. i personally dont recc this drama unless youre in deep grief or enjoy being in pain.
