If they have time, BP surely gave time for these trainees because that's how they grew up to in YG. The only issue is BP are almost always busy and out of South Korean. If not for that hiatus in 2021, which I assumed was when most of these pre-debut videos were recorded, BP may mot have a chance to attend those monthly evaluation of BabyMonster.

I think we all watched introducing Haram at the beginning and didn't think that much, but after the Final Evaluations, we all have to watch it again lol. I'll admit I never paid much attention, but wow, she is so good!!! Her projection is so strong, she keeps improving so much. Love Haram. OT7!!!

Foreign Kpop trainees learn these confucian culture from the beginning. and KPOP training is like making family that reflects Confucian culture. The leader of the group is like the eldest son, and the big 4 agencies are like the big 4 house. In order to create a family with a Confucian culture, kids between the ages of 10 and 13 are selected and live together for a long time during the training. Culture and language must be educated from an early age for rapid absorption. After the training, they will debut as "the Korean" infused with Confucian culture and language. Since the members who debut together are your younger or older sisters, so internal competition is not allowed. Koreans don't understand the bias or ot1 of other country's fandom culture. Because for them, the bias culture is strange thing.... like "why they compete with their families?" Due to cultural differences, it is considered strange and selfish behavior.
