Diana is one of one. Totally unique. She's more than a National treasure. You ought to go watch her small stage version off her official KZbin channel after her voice deepened at 16 years old. It's the most amazing version and it also has good English subtitles. Knowing the words makes this song even more special.

At the age of three in the middle of Russia's far northern Winter she was abandoned, injured, at a bus stop where she was rescued and sent to an orphanage. At the age of 5 she was still traumatized and unable to speak properly. A massage therapist who visited the orphanage trying to help kids, was the first to recognize something special in this little girl, and eventually adopted her. Diana was sent for singing lessons because it was thought that this might help her learn to speak without impediment. Magnificent performance by Diana in front of a huge audience. I think that look off to the side , is a look that she thinks she saw her love for a second, but no, as she searches Paris for her love. Song is sometimes referred to as the "Joker" song, I assume because I think it was used in the movie "The Joker", and sung then originally by "Indila".
