Wow! When he says for the herb crust, he channeled Marco Pierre White @ 5:01 secs. Sounds just like early MPW during those early interviews from his kitchen when you can tell that he'd really rather be left alone with his cooks, food and kitchen, and rather that the interviewers would just fuck off.

marco is a joke! everything about him is a facade. the old way of yelling at your kitchen staff is long gone because it does more harm than good. if marco treated me like he did his employees he would have a permanent stutter for the rest of his life! fight fire with fire! an eye for an eye!
