Super great video. Really enjoyable. Refreshing to see that other people make the occasional mistake. 😀

Nice WW1 kit that shows the beginning of some ideas in armoured warfare. If I make a mistake, I blame it on my "Inner Herbert" from now on.

I very much like this vehicle. It has a sort of Star Wars feel for me. Maybe it's because it kind of resembles the "mouse" droid- the self-propelled USB stick in that universe. As you said, the appearance of early armored vehicles do look like the designers didn't quite know what they were doing, but then they didn't really as evidenced by the not-bullet-proof gaps in the side armor plates and no anti-shrapnel armor on the top at all. The combination of large flat sheets of armor and spindly parts like the brake connections and steering bits is strangely endearing to me. Pretty sure that wouldn't be a viable gaming model but I could see it in a rear-area diorama with the storage box opened and a crewman stowing ammo boxes in there, handed down to him from another soldier in a cargo truck. (We don't have armored vehicles that require the crew to go outside the armor to get more ammo these days but they probably didn't think of that. Live and learn. Die and learn?) Looking forward to the painting video on this kit (YOU PROMISED!) to see if you stick with the box art realistic style or go all Erpaderp on it.

It didn't occur to me before, but once you mention it has a sort of star wars feel to it I can see it... replace the wheels with some sort of hover thing and paint it shiny and it could be a space MG carrier!
It looks like the rear machine gun needs turning by 180° as it can now only be fired by someone outside the vehicle??? 🤔🤔

There's probably room. I'm sure they more often than not fired over the sides, and the sides folded down. That probably gave them a bit more room at the back too.
