I don't think it did get much exposure back then, my local store only ever had 1 copy, I snatched it up as soon as I saw it (half my wages back then) maybe it was difficult for DJs to play the whole track on comercial airwaves probably 'cos of the length. Also as John Bernheim pointed out, it is a little self indulgent ;) However, I think Herbie can be forgiven this since it all culminates in such a fine GROOVE
